Terms and Conditions
Post Aruba N.V. — P.O. Box Rental: Key Terms

Art. 1 – Purpose
The P.O. Box provides secure storage, private access, and a fixed mailing address for postal items.

Art. 2 – Eligibility
Available to individuals (valid ID required) and businesses / organizations (Chamber of Commerce extract required).

Art. 3 – Application
Applications are submitted online. A box is assigned subject to availability. Post Aruba N.V. reserves the right to decline an application.

Art. 4 – Term
The rental runs annually from January through December, invoiced in advance, and renews automatically unless cancelled in writing (see Art. 8).

Art. 5 – Fees
Fees are paid per calendar year, inclusive of tax, in advance.
Medium box (18 × 15.5 × 40 cm): AWG 100,-/yr  |  Large box (11 × 28.5 × 40 cm): AWG 125,-/yr
Non-payment within 90 days after the start of the rental period results in automatic termination.

Art. 6 – Keys
Two (2) keys are provided free of charge. Keys remain property of Post Aruba N.V. Lost/stolen keys must be reported immediately; replacement fee: AWG 100,-. All keys must be returned upon termination.

Art. 7 – Use
The P.O. Box is personal and non-transferable. Use the correct box number on all mail. Oversized items can be collected at the postal counter with valid ID.

Art. 7a – Address Change Service (new clients only)
New clients receive a free 3-month Address Change Service: mail sent to your previous address is redirected to your new P.O. Box. It is your responsibility to inform all senders of your new address within this period. A paid 3-month extension is available upon written request. This service does not apply to existing P.O. Box holders.

Art. 8 – Cancellation
To terminate the agreement, notify Post Aruba N.V. in writing at least one (1) month before the desired termination date.

Art. 9 – Prohibited Use
The P.O. Box may not be used for illegal activities or for receipt of prohibited postal items.

Art. 10 – Suspension & Termination
Post Aruba N.V. may suspend or terminate this agreement without prior notice for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Art. 11 – Liability
Post Aruba N.V. is not liable for delays, loss, or damage to mail items, except as required by Aruban postal law.

Art. 12 – Amendments
Post Aruba N.V. may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels.

Art. 13 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and postal regulations of Aruba.
