New Clients: Upon a new P.O. Box application, Post Aruba N.V. will provide a complimentary 3-month Address Change Service. This service gives the customer sufficient time to inform all relevant senders to update their records and use the P.O. Box number as the mailing address going forward.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to notify all senders of the new P.O. Box address within this 3-month period.
The customer may submit a written request for an additional 3-month extension of the Address Change Service before the initial period expires. This extension is subject to an additional fee.
